Hanoi - Traffic police have issued a fine for the driver driving a tractor-trailer in the wrong direction on the Thang Long Avenue service road.

On April 28, the commander of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police said that the unit had issued a fine for the driver driving a tractor-trailer in the wrong direction in the Trung Hoa underpass area (Thang Long Avenue service road, Hanoi).

Accordingly, after receiving feedback from the people, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 sent officers and soldiers to verify and prepare a file to announce the fine.

The driver in violation was identified as L.V.S (born in 1996, residing in Ba Vi, Hanoi).

The authorities invited the driver to work.

Working with the traffic police, driver L.V.S admitted to the violation.

Accordingly, on April 11, this person drove a tractor trailer with license plate 14H-027.XX around and going in the wrong direction in the Trung Hoa underpass area (Thang Long Avenue service road).

Driver S explained that he was driving on the wrong road. The process of going back and forth also saw many drivers of other cars and motorbikes having to stop to avoid, but because they had "fulfills" the violation, they continued to go.

The traffic police have issued a fine for the male driver for the following error: Driving in the wrong direction on a road with a "no going in the wrong direction" sign.For this violation, driver S will be fined 19 million VND and have 4 points deducted from his driver's license.
