Accordingly, there are 5 leaders and managers who are allowed to retire early according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND and Decree No. 67.2025/ND of the Government, including Mr. Vu Duy Tien, Nguyen Van Hoang, Nguyen Van Lo, Chu Quyet Thang, Tran Hung Nam. These are all Deputy Directors of the Van Don Public Service Management Board.
Ms. Bui Thi Thuy - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture - Social Affairs, Van Don Special Zone - retired according to the regime; Mr. Do Xuan Ha - Principal of Doan Ket Secondary School - retired according to Decree 154/2025/ND - CP dated June 15, 2025 of the Government.
The 3 cases that were awarded decisions on the transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Director of the Public Service Management Board include: Mr. Luu Minh Duc - Deputy Director of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board; Ms. Luong Thi Van Anh - Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the Special Zone and Mr. Pham Minh Dung - Deputy Director of the Center for Information and Culture.
After more than 2 months of operating the 2-level local government model, the People's Committee of Van Don Special Zone has focused on arranging the apparatus, perfecting the payroll, assigning leadership tasks; developing working regulations, work programs, ensuring the apparatus operates smoothly and effectively.
Currently, the People's Committee of Van Don Special Zone has the People's Council and People's Committee Office and 4 specialized departments, 4 affiliated public service units, along with a system of facilities and infrastructure that are reviewed and used effectively, avoiding waste.
The management of assets, vehicles, and headquarters after the arrangement is carried out synchronously. Activities of receiving citizens, receiving and handling administrative procedures are carried out smoothly, ensuring compliance with procedures. From July 1 to September 1, Van Don received and processed 4,609 records. The rate of records resolved ahead of schedule and on time reached 99.98%.
