During peak hours in the morning from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and in the afternoon from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, in many streets of the Capital, the image of security and grassroots order guards participating in traffic diversion and regulation has become familiar.
This work is originally a daily task, but during the days of the 14th National Congress of the Party, that responsibility is placed at the top, contributing to ensuring smooth traffic, creating convenience for people to travel and contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
At alley 253 Nguyen Khang street (Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi) - a hotspot of prolonged congestion for many years, Mr. Pham Hong Thai (Head of residential group 21 Yen Hoa ward) is still regularly present every day.
Wearing security and order protection uniforms at the grassroots level, Mr. Thai and some members of the team proceeded to divert traffic and guide vehicles to move orderly through the narrow and crowded area.
Sharing with reporters, Mr. Thai said that this is a daily task, but at the time of the 14th Party Congress, that task has become particularly important. "Although it is a small task, if I can contribute a part of my efforts to the success of the Congress, it is my joy and pride and the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level," Mr. Thai said.

According to Mr. Pham Hong Thai, for traffic diversion to be highly effective, cooperation from the people is very necessary. His biggest wish is that each traffic participant raises their awareness of law compliance, yield, and comply with the guidance of functional forces, thereby joining hands to maintain traffic order and safety in the days of great national significance.

Mr. Vi Van Hiep - Deputy Head of Security and Order Team No. 29, Cau Giay ward said that to serve the work of protecting the Congress, the ward has mobilized grassroots security and order forces with a total of about 157 people. In which, the force directly participating in tasks at key points is more than 50 people.
Checkpoints are arranged in many important areas. Checkpoint duty hours are from 5:30 am to 9 pm daily, arranged in shifts (morning, afternoon, evening).
Sharing about the assigned task, Mr. Hiep expressed his excitement, pride and honor when participating with the organizers to ensure security and safety for the Congress. "We are always ready to perform the task with a high sense of responsibility, contributing to the overall success of the Congress" - Mr. Hiep said.
As one of the people selected to participate in guarding on key roads, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Sim - Member of Security and Order Team No. 29, Cau Giay ward expressed her honor and willingness to participate in ensuring safety for the Congress.
Being selected to participate in the Security Force of the Congress is a great honor and pride for each member. Each shift, each checkpoint position is of practical significance, contributing to ensuring the security of the Congress" - Ms. Sim shared.
