Of which, 6 establishments had 2 acts of producing products subject to self-declaration of products not in accordance with corresponding technical regulations; the consumed violating food products had safety indicators not in accordance with corresponding technical regulations.
In addition to being fined, the above businesses will also have all production activities suspended for a period of 2 months.
Regarding the medical field, Minh Chau Pharmacy 22, in Tan Loi Ward and Minh Chau Pharmacy, in Thong Nhat Ward (Buon Ma Thuot City) bought and sold drugs without a certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business. Each facility was fined 25 million VND.
Lan Huong private pharmacy of Dak Lak Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company, in Thanh Nhat ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, was fined 24.5 million VND.
This facility was fined for 3 violations: Not notifying or updating the list of people with pharmacy practice certificates practicing at the facility to the competent State agency as prescribed;
Failure to ensure control of origin, price, and source of drugs purchased and sold according to regulations; storage and retail of psychotropic drugs not within the scope of business stated in the certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business.
