Dak Lak - The Provincial People's Council agreed to stop the investment policy of 2 public investment projects in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a total investment of 210 billion VND.

At the 9th session, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council unanimously passed a Resolution deciding to stop the investment policy of 2 public investment projects including: Investment in construction and urban embellishment of the Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Center and the Ea Khit Reservoir Project.

According to Mr. Vo Ngoc Tuyen, for the project of Investment in construction and urban renovation of Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Center (phase 2), the total investment capital is 110 billion VND.

However, up to now, the project has not completed investment procedures so it cannot be implemented. The reason is that the project has not yet selected an overall architectural plan suitable for the central location of Buon Ma Thuot city...

For the Ea Khit Reservoir Project, the total investment capital is 100 billion VND. Up to now, the project has not yet had its feasibility study report approved.

Furthermore, project implementation encountered many difficulties due to regulations on protecting provincial scenic spots.

Through surveying and understanding the situation in the project implementation area, it is expected that there will be factors that will arise, affecting the lives of ethnic minority residents...
