According to research, ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company is headquartered at 18/99 Nguyen Van Linh, Ea Tu commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province. The company's headquarters is a sparsely populated residential area.
According to a representative of ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company, the unit only processes products and commits that the products are in accordance with the issued standards. The company has received the notice and is waiting to work with the inspection team of the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health.
"The company is not responsible for how to advertise. The company only manufactures according to the standards on the product packaging," added a representative of ASIA Life Joint Stock Company.
Previously, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) said that the Department had received information on a number of websites, Facebook, Tiktok... advertising the product: SUPERGREens GUMMIES dietary supplement with the name of Kera vegetable candy ( Announced by Chi em rot Group Joint Stock Company, located in Ho Chi Minh City).
The above candy products are manufactured in Dak Lak province with signs of violating regulations on food advertising.
The Food Safety Department requested the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health to urgently direct relevant units to inspect ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company.
The inspection contents include: Compliance with production conditions for Kera vegetable candy products; checking whether the production of Kera vegetable candy products on the granted lines is in accordance with regulations.
If there are violations in the production process, they must be strictly handled in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Food Safety Department recommends that the Dak Lak Department of Health, after checking, must announce the results on mass media and report the inspection results to the Food Safety Department before March 12.
