On November 1, information from the Dak Lak Department of Finance said that the total public investment capital in 2025 of the province was allocated 15,640.88 billion VND. Of which, the project implementation capital is 13,804.88 billion VND.
As of October 15, the authorities have allocated VND13,092.67 billion to each project category in detail, reaching 94.8%. In addition, the capital in 2024 extended to 2025 managed by the province is VND 2,320.7 billion; VND 1,034.5 billion has been disbursed, reaching 44.6%.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is one of four units with a disbursement rate higher than the general average of the province, with a capital disbursement rate of over 66%.
Currently, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is making efforts to remove bottlenecks to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.
Also according to the Dak Lak Department of Finance, as of October 15, the whole province has disbursed VND 5,583.24 billion in capital in 2025, reaching 42.6% of the plan.
Through review, 7 units disbursed higher than the general average. Of which, 3 units have disbursed 100% of capital; 4 units have disbursed from 52.7 - 90% of public investment capital in 2025.
According to Mr. Tran Tien Dong, Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction and Rural Development Investment Project Management Board (Board A), for the capital allocated in 2025 and the capital extended from 2024, the most problematic part is still site clearance (GPMB).
Currently, these bottlenecks are being gradually removed, Board A will strengthen supervision, requiring contractors to focus on human and material resources to speed up construction progress. The Board commits to disbursing all capital plans, ensuring the set progress.
Recently, at the working session on basic construction, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai highly appreciated the efforts of departments, branches and localities that have successfully completed the disbursement progress of public investment capital.
Some localities have coordinated with units and departments to do a good job of compensation and site clearance, creating conditions for promoting the progress of key projects in the province.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai emphasized that many important bottlenecks have been removed, requesting investors, project management boards, and departments to encourage contractors to speed up construction progress and disburse the maximum allocated capital.
In particular, it is necessary to prioritize capital sources for compensation and site clearance activities, creating clean land to implement key projects.
Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai requested the Department of Home Affairs to promptly review the staff at departments and branches; propose to change job positions according to their expertise and profession.
Continue to research and organize secondment for cadres with experience and capacity in project management and compensation, site clearance; review and supplement the cadres to the commune level to carry out tasks of investment management, project management, finance, planning, etc.
Thereby, speeding up the implementation of key projects being implemented, successfully completing the task of disbursing public investment capital in the last months of the year.
