On October 18, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to abolish 42 decisions that are no longer relevant. These decisions were issued by the Provincial People's Committee 20 years ago, or even just a few years ago.
The oldest decision issued is Decision 72/2004, regulating the safety of neighboring works and environmental sanitation during construction;
Decision 03/2006 on industrial development planning of Dak Nong province for the period 2006-2010, with a vision to 2020;
Decision 07/2009 on promulgating the Regulation on land prices for collecting land use fees in resettlement area B, Quang Khe commune, Dak Glong district...
There are also decisions issued a few years ago such as Decision No. 50/2022 of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulations on financial mechanisms for implementing resettlement projects by investors voluntarily advancing funds to implement projects in the province, issued together with Decision No. 20/2022 of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee...
However, considering that the above decisions are no longer appropriate, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee abolished them to reform administrative procedures and improve the effectiveness of local state management.
The decision to abolish 42 inappropriate decisions of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee officially takes effect from October 25, 2024.
The "termination" of decisions that are no longer appropriate shows that Dak Nong province is very interested in and focuses on administrative reform, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses, promoting local economic and social development.
