According to records, the buffalo herd moved through streets such as Phan Dang Luu, Bach Dang (belonging to Hoa Cuong ward), then passed the Dragon Bridge and continued to run towards An Hai ward. The incident made many people curious, and at the same time attracted attention from traffic participants in the area.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Hoang Cong Thanh - Chairman of An Hai Ward People's Committee said that the stray buffalo herd on Dragon Bridge has been brought to the concentrated area by functional forces for management.

As soon as the incident was discovered, the functional forces of An Hai ward quickly deployed measures to control the buffalo herd, avoiding affecting traffic and the safety of the area. At about 8 am on the same day, the buffalo herd was herded into a nearby area for temporary detention, waiting for the owner to come to confirm and receive it back," Mr. Thanh said.
