    According to a video recorded by a driver, at 1:37 p.m. on December 14, while traveling on the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway in the South - North direction through Cam Due commune (Ha Tinh province), he suddenly encountered a herd of buffalo running on this expressway.

    According to the driver, it is raining at this time, the road surface is slippery, and visibility is limited, so a herd of buffalo running on the highway can easily cause traffic accidents. To ensure safety, they slowed down to avoid hitting the buffalo herd.

    The drivers have informed the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway management unit about the incident to find a solution to handle it and ensure traffic safety.
