On February 22, a leader of Joint Stock Company 456 (the unit responsible for regular maintenance and repair of the National Highway 1A bypass) said that the unit had just put up a warning sign at a location on National Highway 1 through Hung Tri Ward, Ky Anh Town, with an acceleration lane to the main route "not yet connected to 0" with potential risks to traffic safety.
The leader of Joint Stock Company 456 also informed that at the acceleration location, after the vehicle was filled with gasoline and oil, it was possible that the owner of the gas station had not built it according to the design. Therefore, the unit will work with relevant parties to have a timely handling plan.
Previously, on the evening of February 14, a man driving a motorbike on National Highway 1 (the Ky Anh town bypass route) in the North - South direction when reaching Km 571+600 near the DKC Ky Anh gas station suddenly plunged into a drainage ditch on the edge of the road.
Discovering the incident, local people took the victim to the hospital for emergency care. Fortunately, the victim's life was not in danger.
After the above accident, when they discovered an unusual occurrence in the crowded lane next to this gas station, people reported it to the authorities.
