According to records of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters in mid-August 2026, with synchronously built technical infrastructure, many factories have been operating in the above-mentioned industrial cluster.
After the 50ha area of phase 1 has completed technical infrastructure construction, the investor of the industrial cluster is currently mobilizing manpower and vehicles to construct the expansion of phase 2 by an additional 25ha.
Project "Dong Thanh commune traffic road, Phu Tho province (route from Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway resettlement area to connection route to factory Z121 - Bai Ba Dong Thanh industrial cluster)" - approved by the People's Committee of this commune from June 20, 2026, according to Decision No. 433/QD-UBND.
This project belongs to group C, with a total investment of 20 billion VND invested by Dong Thanh Commune Public Service Center.
According to the reporter's investigation, on August 10, the project investor issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 06: Construction of works.
Package No. 06 belongs to the field of construction and installation, which was widely bid through the network with a price of more than 16.7 billion VND from the state budget and other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after the above bidding package completes the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will deploy the construction of a road with a total length of 1,576.86m, divided into 2 routes, specifically:
Line 1 has a length of 696.87m, the starting point intersects with the asphalt concrete road of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway resettlement area (Ward 2 Vo Lao), the ending point connects to the concrete road and the above-mentioned expressway underpass for people.
Line 2 is 879.99m long, starting point at the civil underpass of Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, ending point connecting to the concrete road connecting factory Z121 - Bai Ba Dong Thanh industrial cluster.
According to the design, the roadbed width is 6.5m, of which the road surface is 3.5m wide and is filled with 20cm thick cement concrete.
The bidding package also includes items such as: Drainage, retaining walls, traffic safety system, power line movement and lighting system.
The time for the winning bidder to implement the contract is 330 days (including holidays, Tet holidays) from the date of commencement of the project.
