Provincial road 317 is a traffic route running along the Da River through Thanh Thuy district, former Thanh Son district of Phu Tho province.
With provincial road 317E in Tu Vu commune, it is the section from the beginning of Dong Quang bridge (bridge across the Da River connecting to Hanoi) connecting the central area of this commune.
This is a road with high traffic density, which has deteriorated recently, and the road surface has appeared potholes and cracks.
The Project on Repairing partial damage to the roadbed, road surface and works on Provincial Road 317E was approved by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee according to Decision No. 2942/QD-UBND dated August 27, 2026.
This is a project belonging to group C, with a total investment of more than 23.1 billion VND invested by the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Construction.
According to research, the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Construction recently issued a bidding invitation notice for the construction package of the project.
The above-mentioned construction package was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 20.3 billion VND from the capital allocated in the Road Maintenance Plan managed by the Department of Construction in 2026 and the following years (of which 7.2 billion VND was allocated in 2026 under Decision No. 1554/QD-UBND dated May 18, 2026 of the Provincial People's Committee).
In the near future, after completing the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will construct and repair damage on provincial road 317E, the main tasks include:
Repairing local damage to roadbed and road surface in sections: Km0+39.76 - Km0+919.08, Km1+209.75 - Km1+418.08, Km0+919.08 - Km1+139.33, Km1+139.33 - Km1+209.75, Km1+418.08 - Km2+300, Km2+905.54 - Km3+198.96.
Along with that, construction of items: Intersection at Km2+343.09 of provincial road 317E with provincial road 317G; reinforcement of roadsides with cement concrete on the lining layer to prevent water loss; repair of Trung Thinh bridge; drainage system; intersection, turns; traffic safety system.
Regarding progress, the required time from commencement to completion of the project is 300 days.
According to the investor, the project is invested with the goal of promptly overcoming damage and degradation, ensuring traffic and traffic safety on provincial road 317E, meeting the travel needs of the people, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the project construction investment area.
