Tien Luong Industrial Cluster is approved by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee according to Decision No. 1513/QD-UBND dated June 25, 2025 - with an area of 60ha in Tien Luong commune, total investment of more than 462 billion VND.
With a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system to be built, the industrial cluster will attract businesses to invest in production and business, contributing to economic restructuring, creating jobs for workers and promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
According to records of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters in the last days of August, the industrial cluster construction area is adjacent to the inter-regional road connecting Phu Tho - Lao Cai, about 8.8km from the IC11 intersection of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.
Currently, the technical infrastructure construction phase of Tien Luong Industrial Cluster has not yet arrived, and the locality is implementing site clearance and resettlement to serve the project.
According to Tien Luong Commune People's Committee, the recovered land area for project implementation relates to 680 land plots of 172 households, individuals and 1 organization with land and assets within the project implementation scope, of which 25 households have residential land subject to recovery.
The types of recovered land include: Perennial crop land, annual crop land, aquaculture land, production forest land, rice land, transportation land, irrigation land, residential land and some other types of land according to the approved plan.
The project of Building infrastructure for rural residential points to serve site clearance of Tien Luong Industrial Cluster was approved by the Commune People's Committee according to Decision No. 776/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2026.
The above project has a total investment of 40 billion VND from surplus commune budget revenue in 2026, medium-term public investment capital from the State budget for the period 2026 - 2030, capital support from the Provincial People's Committee and mobilization of other legal capital sources.
In the total investment, compensation and resettlement support costs are 10 billion VND; construction costs are nearly 25.7 billion VND; construction investment consulting costs are nearly 1.6 billion VND; contingency costs are more than 1.3 billion VND...
According to the reporter's investigation, the Tien Luong Commune Public Service Center (the project investor) recently issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 06 of the project.
Package No. 06 belongs to the field of construction and installation, is widely bid through the network, with a price of more than 26 billion VND from the state budget.
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct infrastructure for rural residential areas to serve site clearance of Tien Luong Industrial Cluster, with a scale of 40,801.44m2.
The implementation period of the bidding package is within 300 days (including holidays, festivals, Tet) from the date of commencement of the project.
According to Tien Luong Commune People's Committee, the project is invested with the goal of creating a residential land fund with full technical infrastructure to arrange resettlement and stabilize the lives of households affected by the Tien Luong Industrial Cluster project.
At the same time, contributing to completing rural infrastructure, promoting socio-economic development and improving the quality of life of people in the area.
