The Ho Chi Minh road section passing through the former Hoa Binh province (now Phu Tho province) has a length of about 67.22km, passing through the former districts including: Luong Son, Kim Boi, Lac Son, Lac Thuy, Yen Thuy.
According to the reporter's investigation, Road Management Zone I (under the Vietnam Road Administration) has just issued a bidding invitation notice for "Package No. 05: Construction" of the project:
Repair damage to the foundation, road surface and traffic safety system section: Km438+000 - Km438+930, Km439+100 - Km439+378, Km439+960 - Km440+620, Km443+300 - Km443+750, Km443+920 - Km444+750, Km451+700 - Km454+600, Km457+630 - Km458+000, Km460+000 - Km460+600, Km464+390 - Km465+000, Km477+100 - Km480+000; repair and raise wavy corrugated iron guardrail section Km463 - Km503, Ho Chi Minh road.
The project has a total investment of nearly 70.7 billion VND. Of which, Package No. 05 is priced at nearly 66.1 billion VND from the state budget capital (business capital for road economic activities).
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the construction unit will repair damage to the road surface, drainage system and complete the traffic safety system, maintain the operational capacity and stability of the above-mentioned route sections.
The completion deadline is 180 days from the date the contract takes effect to the date of acceptance of the project completion.
Also in the former Hoa Binh province, the project to renovate and upgrade the road surface and drainage system of Tran Dang Ninh street, group 6, Thong Nhat ward (section passing through the Ward People's Committee) started contractor selection.
The above project has a total investment of 14.5 billion VND invested by the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Thong Nhat ward.
In the total investment, the value of the construction package "Construction of works" is more than 12.3 billion VND (from the public investment capital of Thong Nhat ward budget for the period 2026 - 2030).
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the construction unit will renovate and upgrade the Tran Dang Ninh road section passing through Thong Nhat ward with a total length of 822.9m.
The road has a starting point intersecting with Thong Nhat road at Km0+500, and an ending point intersecting with Thong Nhat road at Km1+300. The design of the route is determined based on closely following the current road centerline, maximizing the old roadbed.
The contract implementation period is 720 days.
According to the investor, the project is invested to gradually complete traffic infrastructure and technical infrastructure in the Tran Dang Ninh street area passing through the Ward People's Committee headquarters and branches; to overcome the degradation of the road surface, drainage system, and lighting system.
Thereby, ensuring traffic safety, improving people's travel conditions, limiting localized flooding, and embellishing the aesthetics of the central area. At the same time, meeting the requirements of management, administration, serving the people and creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development of the locality.
