On May 20, information from the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district (Thanh Hoa province) said that the unit had issued a document directing functional departments and localities to clear violations of illegal occupation of sidewalks, sandbanks, and beaches under the Flamingo Linh Truong marine eco-tourism and resort project in Hoang Truong commune.
According to the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district, there is currently a situation in the above area where people are occupying sidewalks, sand beaches, and beaches to arbitrarily set up tents and illegally do business.
In that situation, in order to ensure security, order and beauty of the tourist area, the People's Committee of the district requested the People's Committee of Hoang Truong commune to increase propaganda and mobilize people to raise their sense of responsibility, voluntarily comply, and not encroach on sidewalks, sand beaches, and beaches. Notify violating households and mobilize consensus in dismantling works encroaching on public land.
Along with that, organize forces to clear the cases of setting up tents on sidewalks, sand beaches, and beaches and complete before May 25. The implementation results must be reported in writing to the District People's Committee before May 27.
The District People's Committee also directed the Commune Police and functional forces to launch a peak period of patrolling, regularly being on duty, promptly detecting and handling violations of traffic safety corridors and construction order, while maintaining regular inspections.
Assign Hoang Truong Commune Police to base on their assigned functions and tasks, ensure good security and order during the process of clearing violations; organize an investigation, clarify whether or not there is any illegal occupation of sidewalks, beaches, and beaches to contract to households to build tents for business; synthesize the investigation results to report to the Provincial Police Director, Chairman of the District People's Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Truong Commune before May 30.
For Flamingo Hai Tien Company Limited, it is responsible for managing items such as roadway, sidewalk, beach, and beach under the project when not yet completed and handed over to the locality according to regulations.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, along the beach from Hai Son village to Truong Giang, Hoang Truong commune (Hoang Hoa district), dozens of locations and spontaneous business tents appeared right on the sand.
Most of the tents and business locations are located right in front of Flamingo Linh Truong Eco-tourism and Resort. These tents are divided into rooms, paved with carpets, and arranged with wooden planks and tables and chairs to serve tourists.
There are still many equipment and items gathered on the sand to serve business. Even in the area near the sea embankment, households have erected corrugated iron walls around it to make rooms open to fresh water for guests, creating a shabby, messy image.
