Hanoi - The girl left her wallet in the bus, but did not remember the license plate of the car. Fortunately, the traffic police force promptly provided support.

At about 3 pm on February 23, the patrol and control team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police, led by Captain Tran Van Sang, was on duty on the Tran Nhat Duat route when they received a request for support from a girl.

According to the presentation, Ms. H moved by bus route No. 01 from the area of Thuy Loi University to O Quan Chuong. After getting off the bus, she discovered that she had forgotten a wallet containing cash and many important personal papers.

Because she did not remember the vehicle license plate as well as the driver information, while worried, she ran to ask the traffic police for support.

Determining that this was valuable property and the bus route operated continuously, with many passengers, moving through many stops, the working group quickly asked carefully about the travel time, vehicle identification characteristics, seating positions... ; at the same time, contacted the Hanoi Urban Traffic Management and Operation Center to coordinate verification.

Thanks to the urgency and responsibility of relevant units, the Hanoi Urban Traffic Management and Operation Center identified the vehicle and contacted the driver of route 01. Through inspection, Ms. H's wallet was still intact in the car.
