Proposal to allocate 29 billion VND to complete industrial cluster infrastructure in Lam Dong

Lam Dong - The People's Committee of Di Linh district (Lam Dong) proposed that the province consider and allocate 29 billion VND to complete the infrastructure of Gia Hiep industrial cluster.

On May 26, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments to consider the proposal of Di Linh District People's Committee on investment policy and appraisal of capital for the Gia Hiep Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Completion Project.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned departments to conduct specific inspections, reviews and advise the province before June 15, 2025.

According to a report by Di Linh district, the locality has potential when owning more than 162,000 hectares of fertile basalt land.

Of which, 47,000 hectares are agricultural land, developing industries - construction to shift the economic structure.

The demand for industrial clusters is increasing, however, Gia Hiep industrial cluster is facing difficulties due to degraded infrastructure.

Di Linh District proposed that Lam Dong People's Committee consider the decision to invest in the project to complete the synchronous infrastructure of Gia Hiep Industrial Cluster.

The total investment of the project is about 29 billion VND, the implementation period is from 2025 to 2027.

The investor is the Management Board of Investment, Construction and Public Works Projects of Di Linh District.
