According to the Government Portal, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1010/QD-TTg dated May 26, 2025 to establish the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Nam Dinh province on the basis of reorganizing the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Nam Dinh province.
According to the Decision, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Nam Dinh Province (Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province.
This Management Board performs the function of direct state management of economic zones and industrial parks in Nam Dinh province.
At the same time, manage and organize the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other supporting services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, an account, a stamp with the shape of a National emblem; State administrative management funds, the Management Board's career operations funds and development investment capital provided by the State budget according to the plan and other funding sources according to the regulations of competent state agencies.
The Management Board performs the tasks and powers according to the current law. The Head of the Management Board submits to the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province specifying the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the law.
