On May 25, Phuc Dat Production and Trading Company Limited officially started construction of a social housing project in Tan Hiep ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.
This is one of the first social housing apartment projects in Tan Uyen city. This young town attracts a large number of workers from other provinces. However, there are very few social housing projects built.
The location of the social housing project is in the middle of an area with many factories and industrial parks with a large concentration of workers.
The project is built on a land area of over 1.1 hectares, with a scale of 3 blocks of 18 floors and 1 basement. The total floor area is up to 76,000 m2. The project provides the market with 936 apartments.
The investor's representative said that the housing area will have full housing needs and living facilities for workers such as: community activity area, sports area, kindergarten, park, parking lot. This project aims to contribute to the State's implementation of the goal of building 1 million social housing units for low-income workers.
Representing Binh Duong province, Mr. Bui Minh Tri - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the enterprise implementing the construction of social housing projects in the area with a large concentration of workers in Tan Uyen city.
Vice Chairman of Binh Duong People's Committee suggested that the investor focuses on directing the project to ensure the progress and quality of the project. Thereby, creating a spacious and modern housing area, serving workers, contributing to the urbanization process of the province in the near future.
