Ho Chi Minh City sets off fireworks at 17 locations
Out of a total of 17 fireworks display points, Ho Chi Minh City arranges 4 high-altitude combined low-altitude fireworks display points and 13 low-altitude fireworks display points, to create conditions for people in many areas to enjoy the New Year atmosphere.
Among them, there are 4 high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display points in the Saigon River tunnel area in An Khanh ward; the new city center area in Binh Duong ward; Tam Thang square in Vung Tau ward and Ba Ria Park square in Ba Ria ward. A total of 4 points have up to 2600 high-altitude fireworks fired on New Year's Eve with hundreds of fireworks displays.
In addition, there are 13 low-altitude fireworks display points including: Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward), football field of the Culture - Sports and Radio Center of Dau Tieng commune, football field of the Culture - Sports and Community Learning Center of Minh Thanh commune, Binh Dien market (Binh Dong ward).
Cu Chi Tunnels historical relic site in An Nhon Tay commune; Tan My Ward Administrative Center square; SAIGON MARINA IFC tower on Ton Duc Thang street, Saigon ward; revolutionary traditional area of the 1968 Tet Offensive and Uprising in Tan Nhut commune; Vuon Cau residential area project in Lai Thieu ward.
Hanoi
According to the plan, the city arranges 11 high-altitude fireworks display sites combined with low-altitude fireworks and fireworks, along with 23 low-altitude fireworks display sites, with a total estimated cost of nearly 40 billion VND from the budget.
The fireworks display time lasts 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on February 17, 2026, which is the Lunar New Year's Eve of Binh Ngo.

The fireworks display time is unified throughout the province, starting from 00:00 on February 17, 2026, i.e., the 1st day of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
Da Nang
On New Year's Eve of Binh Ngo Tet 2026, Da Nang City organized artistic fireworks displays at 6 locations to serve people celebrating spring and welcoming Tet.
The firing locations include the area in front of Hoa Khanh Ward People's Committee in the north; Bach Dang road along the Han River in the center; the western belt resettlement area of Hoa Vang commune; Con Bap tourist area near Hoi An ancient town; 24/3 square in Ban Thach area, old Tam Ky; and Nui Thanh square in the south of the city.
Hue
Hue will organize fireworks displays at 3 locations, including: Ky Dai - Ngo Mon area; Phong Dien ward; Chan May - Lang Co commune. The fireworks display time lasts about 15 minutes during the New Year's Eve moment to welcome the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 (ie February 17).
Can Tho
Can Tho City will set off fireworks at 3 locations with a duration of about 15 minutes.
The high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display points are arranged on barges in the Hau River area, about 400 m northeast of Cai Khe ward, Hau River Park.
Two low-altitude fireworks display locations are located at Xa No Park (Vi Tan ward, Vi Thanh city, former Hau Giang province) and Urban Area 5A (Phu Loi ward, Soc Trang city, former Soc Trang province).
Gia Lai
On New Year's Eve this year, Gia Lai organized low-altitude fireworks displays during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon ward) and Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku ward) as proposed by the Provincial Military Command.
Ha Tinh

Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee organizes fireworks displays to celebrate the Binh Ngo New Year 2026 at 0:00 on February 17, 2026 in the Nguyen Tat Thanh - Tho Son Mountain Square area, Minh Xuan ward and Nui Cam area, Ha Giang 1 ward.
Especially this year is the first year that Lung Cu Commune People's Committee will organize low-altitude fireworks displays in the Lung Cu National Flagpole area.
This is an event marking the New Year transition moment at the northernmost point of the Fatherland with a firing time of 15 minutes.
Lai Chau
Lai Chau People's Committee plans to organize a series of unique cultural and artistic activities, in which the highlight is the art fireworks program on New Year's Eve on February 16 (ie, December 29 of the Binh Ngo year).

Phu Tho will have 3 fireworks display points (mixed high and low altitude) organized by the provincial level on New Year's Eve at Van Lang Park pedestrian bridge (Viet Tri ward), Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh Phuc ward) and Hoa Binh Square or Hoa Binh bridge (Hoa Binh ward).
In addition, communes and wards are allowed to organize low-altitude fireworks displays, with a time of no more than 15 minutes, including: Xuan Hoa, Phu Tho, Hien Luong, Dan Thuong, Tay Coc, Van Lang, Cam Khe, Mai Chau, Luong Son, Yen Thuy, An Nghia, Kim Boi.
