The Muong Ang spiritual cultural area project is built in the Tang Quai pass mountains and rocks area (Tin Toc village, Muong Ang commune), invested by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.
According to the plan, the project has a total area of over 14 hectares, of which the construction area is over 9.5 hectares.
The total investment capital of the project is expected to be about more than 117 billion VND, from the Central Government of Vietnam, socialized sources and donations from benefactors.

The scale of the project includes main construction items such as: Reception area, Chan May - Linh An Tu Zen Monastery; The Great Buddha statue of the Golden Swallow; the Ascension area...
According to Venerable Thich Duc Thien - Vice Chairman, General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Council, Head of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province: "The Muong Ang spiritual and cultural area was built to meet the needs of cultural and religious activities of ethnic groups in Muong Ang commune and neighboring localities".
According to the Venerable, this will be a place to preserve and promote cultural and communication values, a place to help people be guided by kindness, spread love, share and unite ethnic groups.
At the same time, the project is expected to exploit the existing potential and advantages of the locality to promote tourism and socio-economic development in Dien Bien province.

The investor said that the project will be divided into 2 phases. Phase 1, the main construction items will be implemented in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
Phase 2 will build Zen Village and Dai Phat Tuong Zoning Area, expected from 2027 and complete the project in 2028.
