The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just issued Decision No. 2487 approving the adjustment and supplementation of investment in Sub-section 2, Pu Hong - Muong Nha section of the Phi Nhu - Phinh Giang - Pu Hong - Muong Nha road construction investment project, Dien Bien province.
According to the decision, the total investment capital for Sub-section 2 (Phu Hong - Muong Nha section) is over 332 billion VND, from the central budget, period 2021 - 2025 and period 2026 - 2030.
The project is built in the communes of Xa Dung, Phinh Giang, Muong Nha. Time and progress of implementation of Phase 2 from 2025-2028.
According to the adjustment, Section 2 has a total length of 16.54km (the starting point connects with the Phinh Giang - Pu Hong section that has been invested in, in Na Nenh A village, Phinh Giang commune; the end point intersects with National Highway 279C in Muong Nha commune).
For the section outside residential areas, invest in construction according to the scale of a grade V mountainous traffic road. The roadbed width is 6.5m, the road surface width is 3.5m.
For sections passing through residential areas and residential areas, invest in construction according to the scale of grade IV mountainous roads. The roadbed width is 7.5m, the road surface width is 5.5m.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Traffic Project Management Board (investor) to be responsible for receiving appraisal opinions from the Department of Construction; proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the next work to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
