On November 17, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ha Quang Trung - Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Attending the announcement of the decision were Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee and representatives of the leaders of Lai Chau and Dien Bien provinces.
Accordingly, Mr. Ha Quang Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the ceremony to announce the decision of the Secretariat, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee sent his congratulations to Mr. Ha Quang Trung for being trusted by the Central Committee and assigned a new task.
At the same time, they expressed their confidence that Comrade Ha Quang Trung will continue to promote his experience and leadership qualities with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee to perform well the tasks assigned by the Central Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Quang Trung expressed his deep gratitude to the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat and the Party Executive Committees of Lai Chau and Dien Bien provinces for their attention and support.
