On December 26, the Dien Bien Provincial Market Management Sub-Department organized the destruction of assets established as full-people's property that are administrative violation exhibits confiscated.
Accordingly, the destroyed exhibits included 1,030 tubes of poor quality hair dye with a total weight of nearly 200 kg, along with some pants that were exhibits violating label regulations.
All of these goods do not meet the conditions for circulation on the market, posing a potential risk to consumer health.
According to the Provincial Market Management Sub-Department, the destruction process was carried out at the waste treatment plant under Dien Bien Environment Joint Stock Company (in Na Hai village, Sam Mun commune) ensuring compliance with procedures and environmental protection regulations.
The destruction activity aims to thoroughly handle goods that are exhibits of violations, and at the same time demonstrates the determination of the market management force in the work of fighting and preventing acts of trading in poor quality goods.
