The program was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.
The event took place in a solemn atmosphere, starting with a parade to honor the Vietnam People's Public Security force with the participation of the People's Public Security Ceremonial Group, 72 musicians, 3 orchestra commanders and 80 officers and soldiers of Lao Cai Provincial Police on Dien Bien route.

In which, there are famous singers and artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Singer Sen Hoang My Lam... and many artists from the Lao Cai Provincial Ethnic Arts Group, the People's Police Music and Dance Theater, the People's Police Ceremonial Group - Ministry of Public Security.
The program is a meaningful activity to review the heroic history, the brilliant milestones in the history of the nation; a deep gratitude to generations of ancestors.
In the brilliant colors of the national flag in harmony with bustling music, the radiant faces and happy smiles have created a beautiful picture of joy and pride.
This is also an opportunity to affirm the correct and wise leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh in the cause of protecting national security and building a strong People's Public Security force.
At the same time, acknowledge and evaluate the results after 20 years of implementing the National Day for National Security Protection - a movement with profound political and social significance, contributing to building a solid people's security posture in the new situation.
