Previously, on the afternoon of October 6, the Army force had reconnected the Phong Chau pontoon bridge to serve the travel needs of the people. Pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles such as bicycles, motorbikes, and scooters... travel in two directions; cars and pickup trucks travel in one direction.
