On April 11, informing reporters, Mr. Hoang Khanh Duy - Deputy Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone said that the unit has just announced the organization of regulation of vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi International Border Gate, to ensure security and order for activities within the framework of the 9th Vietnam - China Defense Friendship Exchange Program.
Accordingly, from 6:00 p.m. on April 14 to the end of April 17, 2025, all vehicles carrying goods waiting for export will have to move to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park (located in Phu Xa commune and Thuy Hung commune, Cao Loc district).
During this time, the operating unit will not collect wharf fees for regulated vehicles.

The regulation aims to avoid vehicles stopping on National Highway 1A, while ensuring traffic safety, security, order and environmental sanitation at the border gate area.
The Management Board also requested the Provincial Border Guard, the Provincial Police and functional units to strengthen coordination and arrange forces to flexibly traffic flow of vehicles, including import-export vehicles and non-vehicle vehicles in the Huu Nghi international border gate area, including customs clearance routes and Tan Thanh and Coc Nam specialized roads.
Along with that, departments such as Industry and Trade, Culture, Sports - Tourism, and the Customs Branch of Region VI are assigned the task of coordinating propaganda so that businesses and drivers have a clear understanding of information and proactively adjust the route of transporting export goods during the above period.
Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park is also recommended to fully arrange parking locations and human resources to coordinate vehicles, ensuring regulatory activities take place scientifically, publicly and effectively.
