On May 9, the authorities of Ward 12, Go Vap District coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to block off the scene and investigate the cause of the incident in which a young man was found dead in a hanging position at a hotel.
Initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, an employee of a hotel on Tan Son Street (Ward 12, Go Vap District) discovered a male tenant on the 3rd floor dead in a hanging position. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Police of Ward 12, Go Vap District and professional units of Ho Chi Minh City Police quickly arrived at the scene, blocked off the area and deployed an investigation.
The victim was identified as N.X.B (born in 1979).
At around 5:00 p.m. the same day, the victim's body was transferred to the morgue to serve the investigation and carry out related procedures according to regulations.
The cause of the incident is being further clarified by the authorities.
