On the afternoon of October 19, Thu Dau Mot City Police, Binh Duong Province, are investigating the discovery of a woman's body floating on the Saigon River.
Initial information, on the afternoon of the same day, people in Phu Cuong ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province discovered the body of a woman floating on the river.
The body was discovered near Phu Cuong ferry terminal in Phu Cuong ward, Thu Dau Mot city. Immediately afterwards, local people reported the incident to the authorities.
At the scene, the woman's body was floating on the Saigon River. The body was in the process of decomposition.
Upon receiving the news, Thu Dau Mot City Police were present to recover the body and bring it to shore.
Initial identification of the deceased was Ms. L.T.S (born in 1964, residing in An Thanh, Thuan An City, Binh Duong). On October 16, Ms. S left her residence in An Thanh Ward, Thuan An City with a bag of belongings. Relatives posted a notice to find Ms. S because they could not contact her. Today, Ms. S's body was discovered on the Saigon River.
Thu Dau Mot City Police are investigating to clarify the cause of the victim's death.
