The accident happened at about 9:30 am on March 8 in the Hung Vuong roundabout area, belonging to Thanh Binh neighborhood, Binh Phuoc ward, Dong Nai province.
Initial information, at the above time, a tanker truck with license plate 60H-00xxx was traveling on DT 741 road in the direction from Binh Phuoc ward to Ho Chi Minh City.
When the tanker truck reached Hung Vuong roundabout, it changed direction to turn right into Hung Vuong street. At this time, the tanker truck suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 38C1-25xxx driven by a middle-aged woman.
The strong collision caused the woman to fall onto the road. The victim was dragged forward by the tanker truck for a distance.
Seeing a traffic accident, people shouted to help the woman. However, when they came to check, they discovered that the victim had died. The accident was later reported to functional agencies.
At the scene, the motorbike was heavily damaged and lying in the middle of the road, the tanker truck drove forward about 5m and then stopped.
Upon receiving the news, units of Dong Nai Provincial Police were present to examine the scene and collect information from people who witnessed the incident.
