Initial information, at the above time, people heard a loud noise at the intersection of Le Hoan Street and Bui Thi Xuan Street.
When I went out to see, I saw an accident between a motorbike with a Thanh Hoa license plate and a car with a Binh Duong license plate.
At the scene, the black car was dented in the front. The motorbike was thrown onto the road. About 10 meters away from the motorbike, a girl was lying motionless. People came to check and help, but discovered that the victim had died. The incident was then reported to the authorities.

The identity of the deceased motorcyclist was identified as T.T.H.A (born in 1996, residing in Can Tho city).
