Speaking at the Conference announcing the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and investment promotion in 2026 held on the morning of June 29, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) - said that the Master Plan of the Capital with a 100-year vision is not only a plan for development space, but also a declaration of aspirations, vision and position of a civilized, civilized, modern Capital; a center connecting intellectual resources, technology and capital flows of the region as well as the world.
According to Mr. Le Ngoc Lam, for a 100-year vision plan, what is needed is not only large capital sources, but also a deep financial ecosystem, capable of structuring long-term capital flows, capable of accompanying large transformation programs and having vision to connect growth goals with sustainable development requirements.
In that spirit, representatives of the system of commercial banks, BIDV Bank, committed to accompanying Hanoi city on three key action orientations.
First, jointly create large-scale, long-term and sustainable financial resources for key projects and strategic projects of the Capital.
In the coming period, to develop strategic infrastructure and new urban spaces, Hanoi needs a particularly large amount of capital with a flexible financial structure. BIDV and commercial banks are committed to closely coordinating with the city to participate in building, arranging and providing appropriate financial solutions for each key project group.
Second, accompanying Hanoi City in the journey of building a digital economy, digital society and a highly competitive digital business ecosystem.

At the same time, Mr. Binh emphasized that a country cannot be powerful if it does not master technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security (Cyber Security), quantum technology (Quantum), unmanned devices, semiconductor technology, robots...
That must be our determination and we don't want to do it alone, but want to do it with everyone," he said.
FPT Chairman said that the business will continue to expand cooperation with leading technology corporations in the world such as Nvidia, Samsung, Microsoft; and invite universities, research institutes and businesses to jointly build joint research labs on strategic technologies.
Businesses want to create conditions for young Vietnamese people to access the most modern tools, such as Nvidia's AI Factory, to serve startup activities; and cooperate with large enterprises such as Viettel, VNPT, CMC and the entire technology business community of small and medium enterprises.
