Hanoi - Many hypotheses were put forward by the rescue team during the search for a male student who was swept away by water and went missing at the flooded area of Vien street, Dong Ngac ward.

Until this morning, when functional forces allowed them to open manhole covers, members of the Team proceeded to open manhole covers to clear the flow. Each manhole here is about 5-7m long.

Some members were on duty and searching in the spillway area (Pho Vien bridge area), nearly 1km from the location where the male student was swept away.

At this time, another group coordinated with functional forces to re-examine the manhole covers. A diving team inside the manhole.

We found the victim at 11:25 am in the spillway area" - Mr. Cuong said.
