When the National Assembly discussed in groups on the policy of investing in 2 national target programs for modernization, improving the quality of education and training; the health care, population and development program for the period 2026 - 2035, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: "No matter how much growth, no matter how stable it is, the goal is for people to benefit. Growth that ends the month, runs out of money, is sick, life is not happy, is not our goal. Life must be peaceful, gentle, our goal is like that".
In the opposite direction, taking responsibility for building and developing the country has the important role of the people, especially workers. It is workers with daily tasks, even modest tasks such as sweeping garbage or planting trees, that contribute significantly to building a civilized and developed society for themselves and those around them to enjoy.
Before the opening day of the Party Congress, in an interview with Lao Dong reporters, environmental sanitation worker Pham Thanh Hien, one of the silent workers in the Capital, shared: "I am a manual worker, I have no big contributions, I only know how to try to keep the section of road I am in charge of as clean and beautiful as possible." Although her work may be small compared to other great jobs, she realizes that, from these simple jobs, she is also contributing to making the city, and more broadly the country, become cleaner, more beautiful and more developed.
The story of sanitation workers or green tree workers during the days of the 14th Party Congress is a clear proof of the responsibility that each citizen, especially workers, is aware of. They not only simply work for a salary, but they also feel that their work is part of the process of building and developing the country. Workers are participating in beautifying the Capital, creating a clean and vibrant space, thereby creating a joyful atmosphere and pride in the community.
The Party, with reasonable guidelines and policies, creates a favorable environment for workers to promote their roles, while improving their quality of life. A country can only develop sustainably when each citizen, each worker, regardless of their position, can see the value of their efforts in building the country.
From workers such as sanitation workers to experts in other industries, all are people who make important contributions to common development. Therefore, the Party creates a development environment for all social classes, especially workers, so that everyone can contribute to the cause of building a prosperous, fair and happy society. At that time, not only the people but also the whole country will truly enjoy the fruits of development.
