Dong Nai draw a resettlement lot for a 49ha land plot in Bien Hoa

The Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province organized a lottery to resettle 165 households in the 49ha land area of Phuoc Tan ward.

On February 20, at the People's Committee of Phuoc Tan Ward (Bien Hoa City), the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai Province organized a lottery to resettle 165 households for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project. Mr. Ho Van Nam - Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee also attended.

The resettlement location is at the Infrastructure Project of the resettlement area of more than 49 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city.

Representatives of the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center answered some questions related to the policy of supporting temporary housing fees, land use fees in resettlement areas, locations of resettlement plots, etc.

According to information from the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, this resettlement area has nearly 1,100 resettlement plots of land, which have been approved for a 1/500 scale Detailed Construction Planning Project, approved feasibility study report, approved environmental impact assessment report appraisal results.

It is expected to start construction of infrastructure in June 2025, and by the first quarter of 2026, the technical infrastructure will be basically completed to hand over the land to people to build houses.

The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Construction Investment Project through Bien Hoa City is 6.2km long, the total land area to be recovered is 59.5ha, the number of households to be cleared is more than 1,500 households. Of which, in Phuoc Tan ward, more than 1,100 households were cleared.
