On June 8, Dong Nai City People's Committee just issued a document requesting the chairmen of 22 ward and commune People's Committees to review the work of approving compensation and support plans for key traffic projects in the city; at the same time, urgently coordinate with the City Land Fund Development Center, branches and Area 11 Project Management Board to complete the work of approving compensation, support, and resettlement plans.
5 projects are expected to start construction at the end of June 2026, including: Ring Road 4 HCMC project; DT road projects 769, 773, 770B; Nguyen Huu Canh road project (Huong Lo 2).
The Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project (phase 1) was started in August 2025.
Dong Nai City People's Committee requests units to complete the approval of compensation, support, and resettlement plans before June 30, 2026 to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital according to the assigned plan.
According to the City Land Fund Development Center, currently the approval of compensation and support plans for the Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project has reached 91%; Ring Road 4 HCMC has reached more than 51%; DT770B road has reached nearly 44%; DT773 road has reached 37%; DT769 road has reached 15.5%; Nguyen Huu Canh road has reached nearly 77%.
