On June 2nd, Phuoc Thai Commune People's Committee just announced the land acquisition to implement the Investment Project to build DT 770B road, the section passing through the commune.
Accordingly, Phuoc Thai Commune People's Committee is coordinating with the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh Branch to implement compensation, support, and resettlement for the Investment Project to build DT 770B road in Phuoc Thai commune, Dong Nai city.
According to Phuoc Thai Commune People's Committee, currently, there are still some land plots that have not been contacted with land users and cases where land acquisition notices have not been sent to land users.
Therefore, Phuoc Thai Commune People's Committee notified households to contact for resolution.
The investment project to build DT 770B road has a total recovered land area of more than 370 hectares passing through 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap.
The total number of households whose land is recovered is 803 households, and about 354 households are expected to be resettled.
The investment project to build DT 770B road is more than 42km long, the starting point of the route intersects with DT 763 road (Xuan Bac commune) and the ending point of the route intersects with National Highway 51 (in Phuoc Thai commune).
According to the plan, this project will be started in June 2026.
