On June 3, Binh An Commune People's Committee just publicly posted the compensation, support and resettlement plan for households, individuals and organizations affected by Component 1-2 project: Compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads and side roads under the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction investment project (phase 2).
According to the City Land Fund Development Center, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project section passing through Dong Nai has a route length of more than 46 km, a land acquisition scale of more than 302 ha belonging to 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Duong, Xuan Que, Dau Giay, An Vien, Binh An, Hung Thinh, Trang Bom, Binh Minh, Tan An.
The entire project has now approved compensation and support plans for 834 households with an area of nearly 155 hectares, reaching more than 51% of the land area to be recovered.
Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City through Dong Nai City is divided into 2 component projects.
In which, Component Project 1-2 on compensation, support, resettlement and construction of nearly 62km of service roads and side roads using local budget capital. This project has a total investment of more than 10,000 billion VND.
Component project 2-2, implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), will invest in building the main expressway with a length of more than 46km from Chau Duc bridge to Thu Bien bridge (including Thu Bien bridge). The project has a total investment of more than 16,200 billion VND.
According to the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, for Component Projects 1-2, construction is expected to start in June 2026.
