On June 2nd, the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board is accelerating the progress of completing investment procedures to ensure the construction commencement time of road 770B according to the plan in June 2026.
DT 770B road is invested and built to connect the eastern and northeastern communes and wards of Dong Nai city with Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park, connecting the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51 and Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (HCMC).
The DT 770B road project will be newly invested and built with a length of more than 42km, with the starting point intersecting with DT 763 road (Xuan Bac commune) and the ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 (in Phuoc Thai commune) planned with a road boundary of 60m, with 4-8 lanes.
The project has a total recovered land area of more than 370 hectares with a total road length of more than 42km passing through 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap.
The total number of households whose land is recovered is 803 households, and about 354 households are expected to be resettled.
