On June 17, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center was assigned by the City People's Committee to be the investor of 6 compensation and site clearance projects with a total area of more than 2,465 hectares of land to create a clean land fund to serve investment attraction and deploy socio-economic development projects in the area.
These are compensation and site clearance projects of 311.73ha land in Long Thanh ward and Long Phuoc commune; 57ha land in Phuoc An commune; 372ha land in Nhon Trach ward and the remaining 3 land plots with areas of 1. 175ha, 318ha, 232ha respectively in Nhon Trach ward and Phuoc An commune.
These are wards and communes located near the Long Thanh airport project that will be put into commercial operation at the end of 2026.
According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, the implementation of the above projects is of great significance in preparing land funds to serve the development of functional areas, urban areas and socio-economic infrastructure. At the same time, this is also the basis for the city to proactively allocate public investment capital in 2026 and the period up to 2030.
In addition, early implementation of compensation and site clearance will contribute to accelerating the progress of key projects, effectively exploiting land resources, creating motivation to attract investment, promoting economic growth and urban development in Dong Nai City.
