Dong Nai - Team K72 is looking for witnesses who know information about the mass grave of a martyr in Minh Hung commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province, formerly, now Minh Hung ward.

On August 10, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Tho, Team Leader of Team K72 under the Military Command of Dong Nai City, said: The team is calling on witnesses who are veterans, former soldiers, local people... to provide information related to the area with the mass grave of martyrs in Minh Hung ward, Dong Nai city.

According to Team K72, Mr. N.V.C (permanently residing in Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong province) and Ms. Nh (permanently residing in Bau Bang commune, Ho Chi Minh City) provided information: The My post area, belonging to Minh Hung commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province, formerly, now Minh Hung ward, Dong Nai city, has a martyr's grave (collective grave of about 100 martyrs' remains).

According to Team K72, every piece of information, even the smallest, can be a valuable clue to help bring heroic martyrs back to their homeland, families and comrades after many years of separation.

As of July 27, Team K72 has searched, exhumed and repatriated 26 sets of martyrs' remains in Binh Minh hamlet, Minh Duc commune, Dong Nai city. Team K72, Dong Nai City Military Command is also searching for information about artifacts found during the process of repatriating martyrs' remains such as: a portrait photo of a girl found in a martyr's wallet (wallet); many pencils engraved with letters including: 1 milk-colored pencil engraved with the name "Hien" and engraved with a plane image on the back; another blue pencil engraved with the word "UOC UO" next to the engraved word "SN - 39" and 1 comb for combing hair engraved with the word "Ky..."; pencil engraved with the name "Van Chin"...
