According to reflections, voters' petitions and people's opinions on the quality of clean water produced from underground water sources of Hung Ha Water Enterprise under Thai Binh Clean Water Joint Stock Company, many phenomena and signs that can be recognized such as yellow, cloudy water, causing damage to household equipment directly connected to the water source; and at the same time, there are suspicions that the water source does not meet standards, affecting health.
On March 25, the People's Committee of Hung Ha commune, Hung Yen province directed professional departments and branches to coordinate with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) under the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Health to establish an inspection and surprise survey team, take clean water samples for testing, testing, and assessing the water quality of Hung Ha Clean Water Enterprise - a unit that is supplying clean water to people.
The delegation conducted inspections and assessments of the implementation of the internal inspection regime of water supply facilities with the following contents: results of periodic and unscheduled testing of raw water quality; dossiers on chemicals used in the clean water production process; water sampling monitoring book; report on measures to overcome incidents related to clean water quality; implementation of information and reporting regimes on hygiene and water quality; safe water supply plan according to regulations at the unit.
Along with that, the delegation took water samples to test for indicators A, B, C according to the regulations in the Technical Regulation on Clean Water Quality issued by the Minister of Health. A total of 3 clean water samples were taken, including: 1 water sample from the tap head at the factory and 2 water samples from taps used randomly in households including Mr. Vu Van Giang (Nhan Cau 1 village) and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (Dan Chang 2 village).
Through a surprise internal and external inspection, the Provincial Center for Disease Control has received water samples for testing; and will soon have a document reporting water source quality to Hung Ha Commune People's Committee, as a basis for considering and proposing solutions and measures to overcome existing problems (if any) according to voters' opinions and recommendations, in order to ensure the quality of clean water supplied to the people.
