The project has a total area to be recovered of about 105.13 ha in wards and communes, including: Kien Hung, Duong Noi, Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, Chuong My, Xuan Mai and Phu Nghia.

Up to now, some localities have completed site clearance and handed it over to investors such as Kien Hung, Duong Noi, Phu Luong wards, and Phu Nghia commune.

In Chuong My ward, by the end of June 30, the ward had completed site clearance and handed over 20.03 hectares to the investor, reaching 99.71% of the recovered area, equivalent to 804/814 land plots.

Currently, there are still 9 households with 10 land plots, an area of about 0.166 hectares, who have not agreed to hand over the site. These cases are mainly related to agricultural land self-converted for land use purposes, residential land and a part of the area belonging to Phuong Bai Church.

For the remaining cases, Mr. Phi Minh Hai - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chuong My ward requested the Steering Committee, working groups and related forces to continue to stick to the area, strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue to remove each obstacle, striving to complete the site clearance work as soon as possible.
