On May 5, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) had information related to land acquisition and site clearance to implement the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section through the commune.
Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee said that the entire route through the commune is 7.8km long, with a total recovered land area of 29.65ha.
Up to now, the project site clearance work in the commune has achieved many positive results.
Accordingly, Phu Nghia commune has completed 100% of the issuance of land acquisition notices; the investigation, inventory, and confirmation of land origin have reached over 99.7%.
The work of developing compensation and support plans was implemented synchronously, reaching 99.78% of the plots; of which 866 plans were approved (63.39%); decisions on land recovery were issued for 606 plots (44.36%).
The total area of land handed over reached 24.95ha (84.14%), equivalent to 745 land plots; Phu Nghia old area alone has completed 100%. Compensation payments have been made to 267 cases.

The above results show the drastic involvement of the entire political system, in which propaganda and mobilization play a key role, contributing to creating consensus among the people, gradually removing difficulties and obstacles in terms of land, ensuring the progress of the City's key project.
To continue to accelerate progress in the coming time, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department (in charge of village areas) to preside over advising and coordinating with specialized agencies in the implementation process; relevant sectors and departments coordinate to verify the origin of land, complete dossiers to serve compensation, support, and resettlement. Villages and residential groups strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to comply with the land acquisition policy, coordinate to count and confirm the current status to ensure publicity and transparency.
Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requests organizations, households, and individuals within the project scope to continue to closely coordinate with local authorities in the work of counting and verifying the origin of land and assets on land; seriously comply with the policy of land recovery, hand over land according to regulations; proactively learn and properly implement policies on compensation, support, and resettlement.
All difficulties and obstacles should be promptly reflected to the Commune People's Committee for guidance and resolution according to their authority.
The synchronous implementation of solutions will contribute to accelerating the progress of site clearance, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people and serving the development of transport infrastructure in the area.
The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, started at the end of 2022 with a route length of 21.7km (excluding the section through Chuong My ward from Km19+920 to Km22+220).
