On April 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Nghia commune, Hanoi, said that the Propaganda Team for site clearance (GPMB) of Phu Nghia commune, established under Decision No. 45 of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, led by Ms. Dao Thi Hoa - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairwoman of the Commune Women's Union, directly met, propagated, and mobilized 6 households in Yen Kien Doi and Doi Che villages with land areas related to the Project to upgrade and renovate National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section passing through the area.
At households, the working group informed about the meaning and importance of the project for socio-economic development, strengthening traffic connections, promoting urbanization and improving people's lives. At the same time, the propaganda team listened, exchanged, and answered concerns related to land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement according to current regulations.
Through propaganda, households all expressed their agreement and support for the project implementation policy; ready to hand over the site when the State recovers land, contributing to ensuring construction progress.
In addition, people proposed that functional agencies pay attention to considering the agricultural land area allocated according to quotas (percentage land), clearly assess the origin of each type of land to have appropriate compensation and support plans, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring the rights of affected households.
The GPMB propaganda team of Phu Nghia commune has fully received the opinions and recommendations of the people, summarized and reported to competent authorities for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
Direct propaganda and mobilization activities at the grassroots level continue to affirm the role of the political system in mass mobilization work, contributing to creating consensus among the people, accelerating the site clearance progress, and ensuring that the Project to upgrade and renovate National Highway 6 is implemented on schedule.
