According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, during the April 30 - January 1 holidays of this year, relic sites belonging to the National Special Relic Complex of Dien Bien Phu Battlefield and the Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum have attracted a large number of tourists from inside and outside the province to visit and learn about history.


At relic sites such as: Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command Headquarters (Muong Phang commune), De Cat Tunnel, Hill A1... and Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum, the number of visitors increased sharply compared to normal days.
These days, the atmosphere at the relic sites has always been bustling. Many delegations have been present to visit and listen to explanations about the historic Dien Bien Phu campaign "famous in five continents, shaking the earth".



Not only tourist destinations, historical sites in Dien Bien Phu are increasingly affirming their role as "red addresses" in revolutionary tradition education.
Many families and student groups have chosen to come here during the holidays to experience and learn about national history.


According to the Dien Bien Provincial Relic Management Board, historical relics in the province are open to visitors every day.
Specifically, for spring-summer (March-September), mornings from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, afternoons from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. For autumn-winter (October to February of the following year), mornings from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, afternoons from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The Dien Bien Provincial Relic Management Board said that the unit has proactively arranged personnel, deployed synchronous solutions to receive, manage, and operate, ensuring the effective promotion of the historical and cultural values of the relic.
