On August 25, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province submitted a document to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council on the issuance of a resolution to name urban streets in Ninh Hoa town.
After reviewing, the People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town has accepted the comments of the Culture - Social Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council and has removed and removed from the list of plans to name 2 routes due to not being in accordance with the plan (Nam Cao road; Nguyen Thi Loi street); reduced 1 route and merged into another route, and adjusted the starting and ending points accordingly (expectedly named Doan Khue); merged 2 routes with different names intersected by another route and unified into 1 route (expectedly named Nguyen Cong Hoan).
In addition, Ninh Hoa town plans to merge 2 routes with the same name but intersected by another route into a single route and adjust the starting and ending points (expected name is Giang Nam).
The total number of routes has been fully reviewed and is eligible to be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and submitted to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to include in the Resolution on street naming is 85.
The above adjustments or names of the roads in Ninh Hoa town have been consulted by the community and have all received their approval.
Naming the street after the poet Giang Nam is not only a recognition of his contributions to the country's literature, but also a way for the locality to show gratitude to the excellent son who has made many contributions to his hometown Khanh Hoa.
