Accordingly, the principle of arranging working headquarters is to take advantage of existing working headquarters in Bac Giang city to arrange and ensure working places for the Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and provincial agencies, departments, branches and sectors after merging Bac Ninh province and Bac Giang province.
Specifically, the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters is expected to be located at the current Bac Giang City Party Committee Headquarters (7-storey building block) as the working place of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office, Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
The Provincial People's Committee headquarters has 2 options, option 1 is to keep it at the current location, option 2 is to arrange it at the current Headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Bac Giang City.
The headquarters of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, option 1 is expected to move to the current headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Bac Giang city (7-storey building block), option 2 is to keep it at the current location.
Regarding the arrangement of Departments and agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, the new 21-storey Inter-agencies Building will be arranged: Public Administration Service Center, Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Justice. The public service units (not yet merged) will remain in their current positions.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the professional room block is located on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of Building A of the inter-agencies' house. The public service units (not yet merged) remain in their current positions.
The Department of Health arranges all specialized departments and two Sub -Departments (Department of Population and Children, Food Safety Department) at the headquarters of the former Finance Department and the old population sub -Department (the specialized departments expected at the old Department of Finance (Nguyen Cao Street), the branch of the Ngo Gia Tu Street). The non -business units (not merged) remain in the current positions.
Department of Industry and Trade, specialized departments remain at the current position; renovate the headquarters to add office rooms. The Market Management Department (merged) keeps the office as the current headquarters. The non -business units (not merged) retain the position of working headquarters as today.
The Department of Education and Training remains at its current location (Lot Q10, Ly Tu Trong Street, Xuong Giang Ward, Bac Giang City). The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is located at the Department of Planning and Investment (old) on Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, Bac Giang City.
The Provincial Inspectorate plans to have 2 options, option 1 is to keep the current location and take the old city Social Insurance headquarters; option 2 is to move to the current headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Viet Yen town.
The Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (IPs) and specialized departments will be transferred to the current headquarters of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The Bac Ninh Industrial Park Investment Support and Development Center is located at the current headquarters of the Industrial Park Management Board.
Non -business units under the provincial People's Committee: The provincial Development Investment Fund is expected to arrange offices to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (old). The provincial Land Fund Development Center is arranged to the old health department. The Project Management Board of Civil and Industrial works of the province keeps the current office position at 9 -storey house on Hung Vuong Street, Bac Giang City.
The Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board will keep the current head office location on the entire 8th and 9th floors of the Building of the Professional Agencies Bloc (House C).
For colleges, the current working headquarters of 6 colleges under the Provincial People's Committee will be kept in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces according to the plan to reorganize 2 provinces.
For 4 advisory and assisting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee: the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee are expected to be moved to the headquarters of the current Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Bac Giang City to facilitate the work of advising and coordinating the work.
The Provincial Political School (Nguyen Van Cu Political School) is located at the current Bac Giang Provincial Political School. The headquarters in Bac Ninh city will be arranged as a teaching facility for the area across the Cau River to facilitate the travel of staff and students.
The Fatherland Front and the provincial socio -political organizations, according to the plan, after the consolidation, the provincial Fatherland Front Committee has 1 office, 9 departments and 3 non -business units. The layout plan, the office and 9 committees are arranged in the entire building of the League of Court B, the headquarters of the provincial Labor Union, the provincial Women's Union headquarters, the elderly headquarters, the headquarters of the provincial cooperative alliance. There are 3 non -business units to keep the current office.
