According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, for many years, the Art Flower Street in Can Tho City has become a familiar cultural product, a place to visit and play for Can Tho people and tourists coming to Can Tho during Tet and Spring.
This year's artistic flower street is installed on the Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc twin road, with a length of 310m with the theme "Tet reunion".
To form the flower street by arrangement art, through the skillful hands of artisans, more than 30 models with more than 50,000 fresh flower pots of many different types have been installed, suitable for plants and leaves of the Mekong River orchards and some fresh flowers from other localities. In installation, environmentally friendly materials are mainly used.
The main gate area is a three-horse galloping model, with apricot blossom clusters on both sides and models of apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, bamboo leaves. On the main gate, the Can Tho logo is attached, along with the words Can Tho Flower Street, Binh Ngo Spring 2026.
In which, section 1 includes the models: Hometown Apricot Garden; Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the 2026 Binh Ngo Spring; traditional cakes and fruits; Phuoc - Loc - Tho; successful horses riding on flower waves; specialty fruit baskets of the city.
Section 2 includes models: Cartoon horse connecting rose clusters; display photo cluster; great national unity of Kinh, Khmer, Hoa ethnic groups; cluster of miniatures of wooden bridges, flower boats, water surfaces.
Section 3 is the stage area serving art performances every night, models: Heart Gate, with two technology horses on both sides; technology leaf; technology, artificial intelligence; Can Tho river city in the future; pair of carp crossing Vu Mon gate, lotus; technology flowers.
In the side gate area is a model of Phu Dong Thien Vuong riding a horse, on the gate is attached the Can Tho City logo, along with the words Xuan, Binh Ngo 2026.
Accompanying her family to visit the flower street tonight, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Cuong (An Giang province) expressed: "There is a flower street every year, but this year it has a very new, very unique beauty, even more excited when there is an area showing national solidarity. My son looks very good, very passionate, going out today is very fun".
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City informed that Can Tho City Art Flower Street this year will serve people and visitors for 8 days, from February 14th to February 21st, 2026 (from the 27th day of the Lunar New Year to the 5th day of the Lunar New Year).
